Sanna family have been handing down for three generations the traditional meat processing with the Butchery located in the main street of Aggius.

A real chain that goes from the farming of animals, the meat processing, up to the retailing both of local meat and traditional cured products of Aggius culture. It’s a gastronomic lab aimed at the retail, but also at the collaboration with individuals, restaurants and hotels, to offer always high quality raw materials on village guests’ tables.

The family business also aims at expanding itself, with the opening of a processing workshop of fresh and cured sausages, warm, take-away foods, always located in via Roma.
